SCS
SCS is a small team of senior consultants
offering technology and management consulting services.
SCS is owned and run by two directors, and grew
up around the freelance consulting business that Helen and Gavin
Sweet built up over a 5 year period. Both Helen and Gavin were
original members of the Freeserve team, and helped to grow the
technology and management functions into an organisation that
IPO'ed, then sold to France Telecom, and merged with Orange.
We are based in Leeds in Yorkshire, but we work
all over the UK and Europe, with many of our clients in London.
Our focus is on quality, not quantity, and our
aim is to deliver business focused outcomes for our clients.
Associates
We work with a network of associates all
of whom are personally known to us, and with whom we have worked
before.
Ourselves, our associates and our network have
predominantly come from internet, telecoms and portal businesses,
with strong experience in start-up, growth and operational business
phases.
We provide deep and wide business and
managerial experience, technical and managerial specialisms, subject
matter expertise and best practice methodology. Our consultants
come with a trusted set of skills.
